Piazza della Signoria
I’m in Florence, my most favorite city in world (not that I’ve been to many). It took another day of public transportation, plus a certain amount of walking while dragging my suitcase and carrying my heavy backpack, to get here.
I enjoyed a beer and pizza on the Piazza della Signoria about 3PM and then picked up some groceries at the local supermarket. Now I’m settled in my apartment, looking forward to cereal for supper and a walk along the Arno before an early night to bed. I’m beat. More tomorrow.
