Because I love solitude, I find it easy to give myself permission to take a daily walk, but why do I consider it something to do only after I have completed my daily ‘to-do’ list? Isn’t it just as important as doing the laundry, cleaning the refrigerator, or writing this blog?
“How important is your health, Bobs?” I ask myself.
“Very,” I respond. For me walking feels essential for my mind/body/spirit. It ought to be right there among the top three on my to-do list every day, and often Number One.
